your personal PRANA therapy treatment plan
Activity at bio energy centres focuses on gentle intervention, health improvement and enabling you to regain responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being - as quickly as possible. To this end, initial treatment plans do not normally consist of more than 4 sessions.
Being holistic in its approach, a PRANA session involves discussion, gentle contact with different parts of your body and advice on necessary changes to diet and lifestyle, which can address the causes of your illness.
Occasionally, persistent or chronic conditions may require more prolonged treatment. Should that be the case then a specifically tailored regime will be recommended to you. You may feel that you would benefit greatly from regular treatment on a maintenance basis - on-going treatment of this sort would depend on the nature of the consultation and the availability of sessions.
treatment sessions and suggested contributions
- Energy Taster session (15 Minutes) - £10 (redeemable against an initial consultation)
- Initial consultation (90 Minutes) - £45
- Follow-up visits (up to 1 hour each) - £30
- Additional sessions for persistent or chronic conditions - financial contributions will be agreed between practitioner and client
- Maintenance sessions (30 minutes each) - £20
- Half day and whole day sessions are available on request
(Please note that should you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to contribute £10)

Before you visit for a treatment it would be great if you could invest some time in yourself.
